The Plains of Sarhas

Lets see, what can I say about this one. First of all, I’m well aware of the flawed anatomy, as well as the small horse body compared to the human body, but I liked it more then when I used more correct horse anatomy. And since no one has ever dissected a centaur, no one can claim this drawing to be flawed. Fantasy for teh win! I’m not that pleased with the background, but it beats the old gradients.

I have drawn a centaur before, wielding a spear, but thinking about it, using bows makes more sense. After all, why risk getting injured if you can just ride circles around your enemy and pepper them with arrows. That, and I’m an archer myself, and I thought it’d be cool.
